1. Custom Order’s
1.1. Due to the nature of the custom orders, there are no refund on custom Orders.
1.2. If there is an issue with your item, Everything would gladly replace the item(s), in exception customer has reach out within 2 Business days of received package by Via Email.
2. Shipping
2.1. if for any reason you did not receive your package and has been identified as “DELIVERED” with tracking number provided, customer must then take the next step in contacting your local UPS,USPS or FEDEX company.
2.2 If your item (s) arrival broken or damage, it is the Customers responsibility to reach out with 2 business days of received package by via Email. (pictures required).
